Fitness Classes
These classes are completely beginner friendly, and ground-based. We do not use the aerial equipment at all in these classes, but they provide important cross-training for aerial students! These classes accept fitness credits.
Partner Acro
Dip your toes in the waters of flexibility, balance, and partner acrobatics! Class material will vary based on the request of students, but may include light conditioning, stretching, balancing on one's own hands or feet, balancing on a friend's hands or feet, basic acrobatics skills, and foam rolling/recovery. This is a great stand-alone class, or a fabulous compliment to our Monday 8:00pm class!
Duo Sling/Partnering on Sling
Caroline is out of town this week, and Gracie is covering! She'll be teaching duo sling, and will teach partnering skills that can relate to what we work on in acro class. See you all next week for some more ground-based movement!
