Fitness Classes
These classes are completely beginner friendly, and ground-based. We do not use the aerial equipment at all in these classes, but they provide important cross-training for aerial students! These classes accept fitness credits.
Mindful Modern
Mindful modern is a class for dancers of all levels. It combines modern dance choreography and techniques with those of improv dance. The purpose of this class is to explore how dance and improvisation can be used for reflection, processing, and composition.
Advanced Dance Fusion
This class is for dancers with some experience in taking class and learning choreography. We will focus on combining different dance techniques and creating new choreography together!
Beginner Jazz
Learn the basics of jazz dance. This technique will build cardio and endurance, improve musicality, and allow dancers to to express themselves through dance.
Beginner Modern Dance
This class is open to folks of all experience levels. Learn the basics of modern dance. This technique class will build core strength and add fluid quality to movement, and allow dancers to express themselves through dance.
Sexy Jazz
This class is for dancers with some experience. Sexy jazz is a fun flirty take on traditional jazz dance class. You'll learn some technique while applying influences from burlesque and other sexy dance styles. Our goal is to promote confidence and empowerment through dance. All bodies welcome. Heels are optional!

Intro to Fans and Veils
Are you interested in learning how to use fan veils and create movement in a dance? This class will cover the beginning techniques to use fans including: How to hold them, how to open and close them, how to form shapes, some basic turns, and flicks and flutters. Owning a pair of fans is not required, there will be plenty at the studio.
Piece of Cake Burlesque
An all abilities adaptable beginner course with no floor work or jumping.
Musical Theatre Dance
Musical Theatre Dance blends tap, jazz, and ballet styles that you will typically recognize in musicals. In each class, you will be taught a new dance number influenced by the musical it is from with the addition of new choreography, fresh twists, and room for your own improvisation. Although it is helpful to have previous dance experience and knowledge it is not required. Dance should be available to everyone in all different walks of life so, lets have fun and dance! Please wear clothing you can comfortably move. Shoes are not required, but if you have jazz shoes, ballet slippers, or character shoes you are welcome to bring them. We highly recommend socks if you dont have shoes.
Liquid Motion
Liquid Motion is a sensual movement class that uses floor work techniques. Its methodology can be applied to all types of movement. This class will teach the Liquid Motion fundamentals and will teach students sample sequences. All levels and bodies are welcome. Socks or heels and knee pads are strongly recommended.
Intro to Arm-Balancing
This class is to help you get familiar with inverting before getting upside down! We will build technique through exercises that mobilize the shoulders and hips plus strengthen the core and back to create a strong foundation for going upside down safely. Come explore inversions including variations of backbends, handstands and forearm stands. All bodies and levels are welcome. This is a great class for conditioning your body to enhance overall strength, mobility and flexibility.
Intro to Contortion
Ready to take your flexibility practice to the next level? This class is designed to help you build strength and mobility for contortion tricks focusing on foot to head connection and bendy splits. You will learn and participate in active stretching and strengthening techniques to build length and balance in the body. Prerequisite: Ability to push up to wheel and regular split practice. Flat splits are not necessary.
Mobility for Backbends
Are you tight in your upper back and shoulders? Time to deep dive into upper body strength and mobility to improve your backbends! This class will breakdown proper alignment for active poses such as cobra and wheel. You'll learn effective exercises to increase range of motion for all things bendy. My classes are beginner friendly but also great for aerialists who want a sustainable practice so you can continue to do what you love for a long time. No experience necessary!
Splits Not Sits
This legs focused flexibility class will concentrate on proper alignment in splits and hip openers. You'll learn safe and effective exercises to build strength and increase range of motion for all things legs! My classes are beginner friendly but also great for aerialists who want a sustainable practice so you can continue to do what you love for a long time. No experience necessary!
Flexy Floor Tricks
A combination of flexibility-inspired floor moves and stretching techniques to increase mobility, strength and body awareness for dancing. This class will focus on shoulder rolls and shoulder stands. No experience required. Layers and knee pads suggested. A sweatshirt or hoodie can be useful!
Slinky Floor Flow
This floor work class will help you have a broader knowledge of pathways your body can take through slow "feel good" and transitional movements to find your own flow. Socks sleeves and knee pads suggested for maximum slithering. All bodies welcome.
Improv! But Make it Sexy!
Have you ever been in a situation where you want to move your body but don't know where to start? Maybe at the club trying to catch someone's attention, onstage and you forgot the choreography, or even at home and feeling overwhelmed trying to dance your cares away. This class will help to feel the comfort and ease of movement without overthinking while also keeping it a little spicy!
